BIBLICAL PRINCIPLES OF PROSPERITY:
(Deuteronomy 30:9) The LORD your God will make you abundantly prosperous in all the work of your hand, in the fruit of your womb and in the fruit of your cattle and in the fruit of your ground. For the LORD will again take delight in prospering you, as he took delight in your fathers
(Proverbs 22:4) The reward for humility and fear of the LORD is riches and honour and life.
Will God provide? Numerous scriptures teach that God not only promise to provide but He delights in our prosperity. The real question is what we will do with His provision?
Will money be a trap to pull as down and away from God, or will it be a tool for us to advance in His kingdom? It all depends on the condition of our hearts.
Another question that always comes up is: “Why do some people seem to receive God’s provision and others do not?” Look at the following principles:
1. The principle of giving and receiving or sowing and reaping.
(Luke 6:38) Give and it will be given to you. Good measure, pressed down, shaken together, running over, will be put into your lap. For with the measure you use it will be measured back to you."
What happens if we give or don’t give? If you sow sparingly you will reap sparingly! If you plant corn you expecting a harvest, let us start sowing and God will give us a harvest! We plant seed and expect a crop, don’t we?
2. The principle of proper priorities.
(Matthew 6:31-33) Therefore do not be anxious, saying, 'What shall we eat?' or 'What shall we drink?' or 'What shall we wear?' For the Gentiles seek after all these things, and your heavenly Father knows that you need them all. But seek first the kingdom of God and His righteousness, and all these things will be added to you.
What is your top priority, your job or do you seek God first? Put God first in everything, even in your money and He will provide more than you can imagine!
3. The principle of hard work.
(Proverbs 10:4) A slack hand causes poverty, but the hand of the diligent makes rich.
(Proverbs 14:23) All hard work brings profit, but mere talk leads only to poverty.
Do you tend to be a mere talker or a hard worker? Be diligent in your work and let God be part of your job!
Camp David is good ground to sow in and you will reap a harvest! We are a non profit organisation and we need money to spread the gospel. (Mal 3:10) Bring the full tithe into the storehouse, that there may be food in my house. And thereby put me to the test, says the LORD of hosts, if I will not open the windows of heaven for you and pour down for you a blessing until there is no more need.
You will open the floodgates of heaven upon you if you give!(2Co 9:7) Each of you must make up your own mind about how much to give. But don't feel sorry that you must give and don't feel that you are forced to give. God loves people who love to give.
Thank you for everyone sowing in this ministry,
May our Father in Heaven bless you in abundance!
